Below we’ve listed some recipes that help target toxins in specific organs and for your overall general well-being.

Apple-Cinnamon Detox Water

Ingredients:

Purified Water

Fuji apples (try using a splash of lemon juice to preventing browning of apples)

Cinnamon sticks (powdered works too)

Ice Water

Benefits: helps cut down water weight and helps your body burn calories more efficiently.

 

Cucumber Lemon Mint Detox Water

Ingredients:

Ice Water cups of water (3 quarts)

Thinly sliced lemons and/or limes

Cucumber

Mint Leaves

Benefits:  aides in digestion and rehydrates.

Strawberry Basil Detox Water

Ingredients:

1 pint  strawberries, sliced

10  fresh basil leaves, torn

1  lemon, sliced

purified water

Benefits:Antioxidant and vitamin C-rich

 

Apple Cider Vinegar Detox

Ingredients:

1 lemon, thinly sliced

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

Filtered water

2-6 T. apple cider vinegar

Benefits: Removes toxins from liver and blood.
