We love OPI’s latest collaboration concept with Mariah Carey, Liquid Sand.  Liquid Sand dries to a textured matte finish infused with reflective glints of light.  This groundbreaking technique also incorporates creativity in their names, by naming them after some of Mariah’s popular song titles.  Take a look at some of the colors available!
