3 Things ‘Love and Hip Hop’s’ Kimbella Can Do To Improve Her Image

VH1’s Love and Hip Hop’s newest cast member, Kimbella Vanderhee (aka Juelz Santana’s baby mama), has made quite a mark just in the first episode. She is a beautiful woman but there are a few things she can do to improve her image on the show.

1. Tone Down The Bronzer and Makeup

Kimbella looks like she either spends a little too much time out in the sun or she just loves her some bronzer. All of the makeup and bronzer piled on at once makes her look older than what she is. She can hold on to her youth by going for a more natural makeup look by using a lighter hand with the bronzer, and wearing sunscreen to protect her face from the sun which will cause premature wrinkles.

2. Choose Another Hairstyle

Her hairstyles changed a couple of times throughout the episode and her straight look was more flattering. The ringlets may have been her natural curl pattern, but the cut and the way it was parted on the side was all wrong. That one tight ringlet look aged her significantly. She would look much better with more volume to her curls, a little added length, and maybe a color change.

3. Her Style

It was hard not to notice how few clothing items Kimbella had on. During the scene where she meets the girls at the business meeting, she pranced in the room with a pair of too-short shorts on that had her booty cheeks hanging out. She was going for a fun look and tried to add some class with the longer blazer, but she could have picked some more flattering shorts that didn’t cut the circulation off in her thighs. She’s got the body to wear those type of clothes, but her wardrobe selection is walking on the trashy side.

We can’t wait for more action in the second episode of the show. Episode one had us nearly hanging off the edge of our seats. Hopefully Kimbella pulls it together and dresses more for her age, otherwise she runs the risk of never being taken seriously in her “model, singer, actress” career.
