Dress of the Week: Nicki Minaj in Oscar de la Renta

Nicki Minaj is blossoming with her new image. She recently posed in red Christian Louboutin Daffodile pumps and a $2,190 short sleeve petal collar and hem dress by Oscar de la Renta.

The cap-sleeved dress is fashioned out of double face stretch wool, and boasts a ruffled petal collar and hem.

I am not sure how I feel about the shoe pairing here, but the dress is a go.
