Robin Thicke Says Great Sex Saves His Marriage: How Important is Sex in a Relationship?

Robin Thicke and actress Paula Patton understand the importance of sex in a relationship. There are a lot factors that play into having a happy and healthy relationship and sex is one of them.

In an interview with US Weekly, the happily married “Sex Therapy” singer revealed that great sex is what keeps him and his wife together.

“My wife is an actress, a mother, and a wife and I am a husband, a father and a singer so we haven’t seen each other a lot the past couple of weeks,” he continued. “We won’t see each other a lot until Christmas and it’s very difficult, but the only thing that gets us by is having great sex together. There is never enough [sex]. When it does happen, it goes on for hours.”

“It’s the only way to keep everything on par.”

Talking Pretty questioned its Twitter followers about the importance of sex and here are some of their responses:

@richerthanu2 it’s half important.

@imperfctconcept sex is highly important.

@MyKarnation Very important only if there is great foreplay.

How important is sex in a relationship? Is it a driving force that connects you and your partner, or is lack of it considered a deal breaker?
