After several weeks enjoying her stay over the pond, Beyoncé makes her first appearance state side, alongside her sister Solange. Last night the duo hit up New Orleans last for the Ball Out Beaucoup bash a three-part experience entitled 17wards Of Wonder to celebrate Saint Heron and New Orleans at Prospect Arts Festival.
