Ainsley Fall 2012 Presentation/Collection- NYFW

If you asked the passionate team over at Ainsley about their Fall 2012 Presentation, i’m sure they would pull out a scroll and simply give you this wonderful poem:

Full many a gem of purest ray serene 

The dark unfathomed caves of ocean bear 

Full many a flower is born to blush unseen, 

And waste its sweetness on the desert air.

Chase the shadow through the ethereal Southwest and dance 

to the fluidity of tribal prints. Peacefulness radiates through 

blends of cashmere intertwined with shades of lapis. 

Evoke thoughts of wild mustangs with warm amber silks. 

The electric sunset is emulated through whip-stitched wools 

and recycled tweeds of boucle. 

Cascading silks herald subtle structure as berretta rounds 

bounce off knife pleated diaphanous silhouettes. 

Be enveloped in spiritual hues of carnelian, howlite, tigers eye, 

and citrine. Precious natural fibers fused with lurex tape yarns 

and lightweight mohairs embody the Ainsley NY spirit.
