Iman to Receive Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Award

Supermodel Iman and fashion house Missoni will be the newest recipients of the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Award.

Iman will be the sixteenth recipient of the award on October 23rd, and will be presented with a plaque on the celebrated street. The ceremony will also feature a silent auction to benefit Save The Children. From October 20th to November 3rd, an outdoor banner exhibition of Iman’s most famous photographs will line Rodeo Drive.

“The city of Beverly Hills is pleased to honor Iman and Missoni with the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Award,” says Beverly Hills Mayor Barry Brucker. “Iman’s influence in the fashion, philanthropic and entertainment sectors, coupled with Missoni’s genius aesthetic and presence on Rodeo Drive, make them both highly deserving honorees.”

To have your most famous photos lined up on one of the most well known streets in the United States is an epic achievement. Not only is Iman a living legend in the fashion industry and inspiration to up and coming as well as seasoned models, she is a style icon that is most deserving of this award. Congratulations Iman!
