First Lady Michelle Obama epitomized grace and beauty as she floated in a teal, off the shoulder gown by Marchesa. Accompanied by her dapper husband, President Obama the two wowed at the 2013 Kennedy Center Honors.

We weren’t the only ones in awe, Sen. John Kerry seems to be moved to tears by her beauty.
