Everyone is talking about how radiant actress Kerry Washington looked at the 63rd Annual Emmy Awards in Los Angeles. She showed up on the red carpet in a strapless, beaded Zuhair Murad dress with sheer detailing and subtle draping at the bottom.

Her makeup and hair were absolutely flawless with a vibrant red lip, dramatic faux lashes and clear, glowing skin highlighted in all the right places. Her shoulder-length waves framed her face and complemented her ensemble perfectly.
