Equality for all: Hawaii legalizes same-sex marriage

Politicians seem to be at each other’s throats about everything but the color of grass lately. While many important issues seemed to be held up in the political pipeline, there is at least one victory to be celebrated.

In the island state of Hawaii, same-sex marriage is now  legal. Hawaii joins fourteen additional states who have legalized same-sex marriage.

If you’re looking to book a vacation and marry your partner, hold off until after December 2nd, when same-sex weddings can legally commence.
