Hey Ladies! It’s that time of year again… spring break! Worried about how to protect that beach body you’ve worked hard on all winter long?!
Here are 5 simple steps to help YOU maintain your beach body all summer long!
1.) Drink WATER every day ALL DAY
2.) Eat Only HALF Of Everything You Order (portion control).
3.) LOAD UP on veggies with EVERY MEAL, you want to be full of foods that will “burn” not foods that will “store”
4.) Choose shots over cocktails, the less sugar the better.
5.) Lastly, do at least 20min (what’s 20min in 24hrs!) everyday that you are away, any will do. A jump rope is the easiest way to burn cals!
