MC Lyte on the Female Rap Beef, Is It Really Worth It?

MC Lyte touches on the fact of why female rappers don’t get along, and though she expresses her own mistakes and how she grew up, why wait for time?  Our age, and tenure in the hip hop community shouldn’t make women more accepting of their counterparts.  Why is it that we can respect male rappers in the game more than the women?  Is the competition in the music industry really that intense that we are forced to hate each other?  Do you think the fans make it worse?
