2013 Soul Train Awards Red Carpet Looks

Last night  the Orleans theater in Las Vegas hosted the 2013 Soul Train Awards. Everyone and their momma (Janelle Monae’s to be exact) was on the red carpet. Usually with award shows there’s always one person who missed the memo and looks ridiculous, but last night black Hollywood made a comeback and they all looked great!
