Healthy juice recipes you can make at home
Put down your jamba juice! There’s a more cost effective way to get you hands on your favorite, fancy juice drink, right at home. It seems like just yesterday this trend took off, but in all actuality, The Wall Street Journal first gushed about juicing several years ago saying “carrying a bottle of vegetable juice has become a status symbol.”

Apple Fennel Green Juice
1 bunch kale, stems & leaves separated and washed
1 fennel, washed and quartered
3 stalks celery, washed
1 cucumber, washed (if not organic, peel the skin)
1 large apple, washed & quartered
1-2 inch piece of ginger
1 lemon, peeled
Watermelon + Cucumber Juice
2 cups (16 ounces) fresh watermelon juice from about 6 cups diced watermelon flesh
3/4 cup (6 ounces) fresh cucumber juice from about 1 large cucumber
1 1/2 teaspoons (1/4 ounce) fresh mint juice from about 15 mint leaves with stems
2 tablespoons (1 ounce) fresh lime juice from 1 to 2 limes
1 tablespoon sugar, optional
Super Sinus Juice
1 large orange or minola, peeled
1/2 lemon, de-seeded and peeled
1 medium sweet or tart apple, chopped
*Fuji, Honeycrisp, Granny Smith are my faves
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, skin removed
