Supermodel Naomi Campbell sets out to fight ebola with fashion?
During this year’s London Fashion Week, the beauty will host her very own fashion show and she wants everyone to be there! The show, which will be held in collaboration with Fashion For Relief will help raise awareness for Ebola.
A handful of Campbell’s designer friends including Alexander McQueen, Givenchy, Balmain and Stella McCartney will even donating a few of their high fashion duds to rip the runway. The pieces will then be auctioned off in an effort to raise money for the cause.
“I’m thrilled to return to London to open London Fashion Week for this very special cause close to my heart,” Campbell told Grazia Daily UK, “The Fashion For Relief Show is an incredible event and this year we hope to raise more money than ever before. Raising awareness for Ebola and educating about its prevention is crucial to help prevent the spread of this deadly disease.”
Looking to attend? Tickets for Campbell’s runway show are starting at £50 ($75.22) on Ticketmaster.
