Wedding Wednesday: Ciara and Future set a date!

During a recent interview with E! at the CFDA Fashion Fund Awards in New York City, Ciara gushed about dress shopping, setting a date and her 15-carat diamond ring sculpted by Avianne & Co.

“I haven’t started looking yet, but we actually just talked yesterday about our date, so we know the date we want to do now and I’m excited.”

As we reported weeks ago, Atlanta rapper Future popped the question during Ciara’s 28th birthday celebration and they had not yet set a date.

“My love—my fiancé—so funny, I’m getting used to saying that — he actually knew the cut I liked.” the Wilhelmina model and pop singer continued.

“I always loved emerald-cut [diamonds], but then he also just went and took it in his hands and took his time on it and he’s so sweet, ’cause he’s like, ‘I took my time on that.’ That means a lot!”

“He remembered exactly what I mentioned and then did his own thing, so I’m happy.”

While Ciara didn’t exactly drop the exact date during her interview, we expect an announcement any day now.
