Lala Anthony was decked out for BET’s Black Girls Rock 2012. She went for the splurge for this outfit rocking a $5,570 Balmain Devoré Velvet Mini Dress along with Christian Louboutin pumps.  Check out more photos and the details on her fit after the jump!

For hair and makeup, she kept it classy with a high bun, and a smokey eye with nude lips.

The dress is a dark green velvet and features padded shoulders, side patch pockets, and an exposed back zipper.
