Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton spent the week touring Lake Como and Paris together, but the timing carried more weight than a typical couple’s getaway since it coincided with the final legal chapter of one of the most traumatic experiences of Kardashian’s life
The Formula One driver and the SKIMS founder spent roughly two hours on a boat around Lake Como, stopping at the historic Villa Balbianello before heading to Paris for dinner at Ferdi on Tuesday. Kardashian wore an earth toned midi dress with a diamond choker for the boat outing and a black lace neckline dress for dinner, while Hamilton kept to his usual mix of sporty and statement pieces, including a black and red jacket paired with a red fedora.

Just hours before that dinner, a Paris court awarded Kardashian one euro in damages, the exact amount she requested, closing out the civil case tied to the armed robbery she survived in her Paris hotel room in October 2016. Robbers dressed as police had bound her with zip ties and tape before stealing more than six million dollars in jewelry during Paris Fashion Week. A lawyer involved in the case confirmed the symbolic award, which followed a 2025 criminal verdict convicting eight people for their roles in the heist.

Why did she ask for only one euro
According to people close to the case, Kardashian pursued the token amount because she wanted accountability rather than money. In a joint statement with her stylist Simone Harouche, who was present during the robbery and also received one euro, Kardashian said the decision represented recognition rather than compensation and expressed gratitude toward the French justice system for pursuing the case through to its conclusion.
