The next generation of Kardashians is already mastering internet culture one freeze-frame at a time.
Khloé Kardashian gave her followers a dose of pure entertainment on Friday, April 3, when she posted a video to her Instagram account featuring four of the family’s youngest members taking on some of the internet’s most beloved viral memes. The clip quickly became a crowd favorite, and for good reason.
The 4 kids who stole the show
- True Thompson, 7, Khloé’s daughter with Tristan Thompson
- Dream Kardashian, 9, daughter of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna
- Chicago West, 8, daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West
- Psalm West, 6, Kim’s youngest son with West
The four cousins posed for freeze-frame shots mimicking some widely recognized internet moments, including ones featuring celebrities like Zac Efron and Anthony Mackie. But the real standout moments were the ones that hit closest to home.
When the memes feature family
Among the recreations, the kids took on two memes drawn directly from their own family’s pop culture legacy. The first featured Psalm and Chicago channeling their mother, Kim, 45, in her now-legendary crying scene originally filmed during a 2011 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, when she broke down after losing a diamond earring in the ocean. The scene has lived rent-free in internet memory ever since, and the kids’ take on it was no less dramatic.
The second family-inspired recreation put the spotlight on matriarch Kris Jenner, 70, whom the children recreated in a visibly exasperated pose while speaking on a cell phone another image that has made its rounds across social media for years. Khloé, 41, did not add a caption to the post, but Jenner made her feelings known in the comments section with a flurry of heart-eye emojis, making it clear the family matriarch was nothing but delighted by the whole thing.

A group that keeps showing up together
This is far from the first time this particular quartet has made a group appearance on social media. Just a few weeks earlier, on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, Khloé posted a series of photos featuring the same crew gathered for the holiday which also doubles as her brother Rob’s birthday.
For the occasion, Chicago and Dream wore matching outfits: baby pink tops printed with Happy Go Lucky and a four-leaf clover, paired with denim shorts and white sneakers. True and Psalm went a more traditional route in forest green tops, while Khloé‘s son Tatum Thompson, 3, rounded out the group in a lime green T-shirt and shorts for a holiday selfie.
The family’s close bond has been on full display in recent months beyond just holidays and meme challenges. Kim and Khloé also recently took their children on a trip to Japan, where both sisters shared photos and videos from a visit to a museum in Tokyo. The overseas adventure included Kim’s other children North, 12, and Saint, 10 making it a full family affair on the other side of the world.
A family built on togetherness
What stands out most in moments like these is not the fame or the follower counts it is the genuine closeness between these cousins. Whether they are posing in coordinated holiday outfits, recreating internet classics or touring museums abroad, the Kardashian kids seem to genuinely enjoy each other’s company.
Kim is also mom to Saint and North, both of whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West. Khloé shares True and Tatum with Tristan Thompson, while Rob shares Dream with ex Blac Chyna.
And with a meme repertoire this strong at such young ages, it is safe to say the next generation has already figured out how to keep the internet thoroughly entertained one viral pose at a time.
