What is Megan Thee Stallion’s new “Is You Cool?” freestyle? It’s her second Tina Tuesday freestyle, released on her YouTube channel on Tuesday, Oct. 6. In the video, she raps through a blizzard in a snow-covered forest wearing white lingerie, platinum hair and an icy chain. Drumma Boy and Cassh Jay produced the laid-back beat, and Megan’s delivery is sharp, explicit and confident.
The series is named after her alter ego Tina Snow, and this time she put Tina in actual snow. It’s a clever visual, and like last week’s drop, it hints at something bigger on the way.
Where does Tina Snow come from?
The name has deep Houston roots. Megan introduced the Tina Snow persona on her 2018 EP of the same name, and the character is a nod to the late Pimp C’s alter ego, Tony Snow. Bringing Tina back links Megan to the UGK legend and to the Texas rap tradition that shaped her.
What was the first Tina Tuesday freestyle?
The series started on Sept. 29 with “Tina Tuesday Freestyle,” a song just under two minutes long produced by Buddah Bless. In that video, Megan raps in front of an orange sports car, and in one line she boasts that she looks too good for AI to have made her. Releasing two freestyles on back-to-back Tuesdays suggests she plans to make this a weekly series.
When is Megan Thee Stallion’s Act III coming out?
She hasn’t announced a date. Megan told Marie Claire she had hoped to release Act III this summer and was disappointed when she realized it wouldn’t happen. She spent most of the summer recording in Miami instead. She has said the new album shows a different side of her, with more vocal experimentation and sounds outside her comfort zone. She’s aiming for a 2026 release. When Rolling Stone texted the phone number listed on her YouTube page to ask about the album, the reply was only a link to sign up for her mailing list.

Is the lingerie in the video connected to her runway gig?
It might be, though Megan hasn’t said so. Billboard identified her outfit in “Is You Cool?” as a Victoria’s Secret Wicked Lace Balconette. On Oct. 18, she performs at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Wearing the brand’s lingerie in a viral video less than two weeks before that show is likely to get noticed.
What else is on Megan’s October calendar?
A lot. After the runway show, she brings back Hottieween on Oct. 30 at Zouk Nightclub in Las Vegas, this year in partnership with Cirque du Soleil. Fans are encouraged to come in costume.
Her recent work also goes well beyond music. Megan made her Broadway debut in Moulin Rouge! The Musical, guest starred as Daniel Radcliffe’s love interest in the NBC series “The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins,” and appeared in the Netflix film Roommates.
