Want toned calves, legs, and booty? There’s nothing better than squats!
Make a sitting motion, then come back up without bouncing. For balance, extend your arms out in front of you. Complete 2 sets of 12.
SINGLE-LEG CALF RAISES
This is one of the best exercises for calves.
Stand on one foot (the other bent at the knee behind you), then slowly roll from your flat foot to almost your tip toes. You don’t want to stand ON your tip toes, but close! Then slowly roll back to the flat of your foot. Start with 2 sets of 12 for each foot… then gradually increase from 12 to 20, then to 30.
Lunges are great for calves.
Do 2 sets of 12 standard lunges (front)
